Our return policy is very simple. We give you 30 days from receiving your order to return the product for a full refund of the product cost. We do not refund any postage costs.
Conditions for the return of items
Please make sure the watch is in the exact same condition as when we dispatched it meaning no protective packaging/wrapping has been removed from the watch. No manual booklets are allowed to be filled in and the watch and packaging needs to be in the same condition.
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours on email@example.com .
How to return items
Items must be returned in secure packaging and with all items as previously described in 'Conditions for the return of items'. We recommend that items are returned via a recorded delivery service as we cannot action a refund until the goods are received and inspected.
When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund.
We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above.
